Therapist. Guide. Calm in the storm.
There’s a kind of tired that no amount of rest seems to touch.
You’ve done the resets, the lists, the self-care, the deep breaths — and still, you wake up weary.
From the outside, people see you as steady and strong. You hold everything together. You show up, even when it costs you.
But lately, it feels heavier. The spark you used to rely on is dimming, and you’re wondering where you went in all the holding and helping.
You’re not broken. You’re human. And you’re allowed to rest.
You’re not broken. You’re human. And you’re allowed to rest.
For most of my life, anxiety and depression have been part of my landscape — quiet companions that showed up even when I was doing everything “right.”
I know what it’s like to function, to perform, to keep moving while feeling like you’re sinking underneath it all.
Over time, I learned that healing doesn’t mean fixing yourself — it means being witnessed, with gentleness.
That belief shapes how I show up as a therapist: with curiosity, warmth, and deep respect for your humanity.
I don’t rush the process. I walk beside you, steady and unhurried, as we find your way back to something softer and more sustainable.
I work with women — often in their late 20s to late 30s — who are capable, caring, and utterly exhausted. You’re the helper, the professional, the one everyone depends on: nurses, teachers, therapists, managers, caretakers. You’re successful on paper, but inside you feel stretched thin, disconnected, or numb. You’ve tried the self-help books, the gratitude lists, the “shoulds.” You’ve done all the things that were supposed to help — and still, something’s missing. What you want isn’t perfection. It’s peace. You want to feel rested without guilt, and to finally stop apologizing for being tired.
In our sessions, we slow things down. We notice the patterns that keep you running on empty and begin to rebuild your relationship with rest, worth, and self-trust.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from DBT, CBT, and mindfulness, but never as a checklist — always as a conversation. I offer structure when you need it, humor when it helps, and compassion always.
Clients tell me therapy feels like a place to exhale — somewhere they don’t have to perform, fix, or hold it all together.
We’ll work toward clarity, calm, and sustainable change — not overnight transformation, but steady, grounded healing.
You don’t need to earn care. You don’t need to have everything fall apart to deserve support.
Therapy isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about remembering who you already are beneath the exhaustion and expectations.
If you’re ready to stop carrying everything alone, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
