Practice overview
Therapy with me is a space to slow down, breathe, and make sense of what you’re carrying—without judgment or pressure to “get it together.”
I work with people navigating things like:
Ongoing anxiety, spiraling thoughts, or nervous system overwhelm
Depression, emotional flatness, and exhaustion that won’t lift
Feeling stuck, unseen, or emotionally stretched in relationships or family roles
Life transitions tied to grief, identity, or faith
Challenges with focus, motivation, and living with ADHD
Emotional impact of infertility, pregnancy, or postpartum experiences
Healing from trauma, emotional wounds, or ongoing stress
Navigating the complexities of race, culture, or spirituality in a way that honors all of who you are
Quiet but painful experiences with self-worth, burnout, or feeling alone in what you’re holding
Whether your struggles have a clear name or feel hard to describe, we can work gently from wherever you are.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. My work is rooted in clinically sound practices that honor both science and soul—always adapted to meet you with warmth and curiosity.
I draw from:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – for noticing thought patterns with kindness
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – for building emotional balance and inner stability
Mindfulness-Based approaches – for slowing down and reconnecting with the body
Emotionally Focused work – for healing relationship patterns and attachment wounds
Trauma-Informed care – because safety and pacing matter
Strengths-Based and Person-Centered therapy – focused on what’s already within you
Interpersonal & Culturally Sensitive practices – honoring your lived context and identity
And for those who want it: Christian Counseling – integrating faith gently into the process
