Do I push through or rest? Get things done or take a break? Show up for someone I love or take some time for myself?
Sometimes, it's just not clear what to do.
You can see reasons for both choices. Which really doesn't help.
And the longer you think about it, the harder it becomes.
Decide for Me is an interactive tool I'm considering creating for the decisions that leave you going back and forth, unsure what to do.
Answer a few questions. Get one answer about what to do next. And if that answer doesn't feel right, explore other options.
I'm exploring the idea for Decide for Me, and I want to know whether it's something people would actually use.
I'm considering developing Decide for Me as a one-time paid product, not another subscription to keep track of. Joining the interest list is free, and there's no obligation to buy.
You know cleaning the house might make you feel better. But you're exhausted, so maybe you should rest.
You finally have some free time, but now you can't decide how to spend it.
Or someone you care about needs something from you, and you're trying to figure out whether to say yes or no.
None of the options feel quite right.
And sometimes the mere idea of weighing them all feels overwhelming.
Because sometimes there isn't a clear right choice.
And sometimes you just want someone to tell you what to do.
1. Tell me what you're trying to decide.
What's going on? What are you trying to figure out?
2. Answer a few questions.
About your situation, what matters to you, and what you realistically have available.
3. Get an answer.
One decision based on your circumstances, without having to sort through a hundred possibilities.
4. Don't like the answer?
Explore other options. Sometimes knowing what you don't want helps you figure out what you do.
You don't have to find the perfect answer to make a decision.
And feeling guilty, disappointed, or uncertain afterward doesn't necessarily mean you made the wrong choice.
Decide for Me is still an idea. Before I build it, I want to know if people would actually want to use it.
Free to join. No obligation to purchase.
